I absolutely love this series and the emotional rollercoaster relationship throughout the whole book. I would like to know though why this series is no longer available on nook? I saw online that Take the second book is available for pre order but it is not showing up on nook and neither is Need. I loved this book and am looking forward to the next one but will it be available on nook?

What a roller-coaster ride! Loved this book ! ! I'm freaking out trying to get information about book two, really disappointed that there was no clue as to when we might find it. I really dislike not being able to finish a book in its entirety, as you seem to lose the intensity of the story . I was so into this story and am anxious to see what happens. So worth reading though!

4.5 "I NEED the next book now" Stars WOW...I feel like I just survived a horrible car wreck, left standing yet battered, waiting to see where things will go from here. Dramatic, yes, but this book took over when I started reading and like many others I just couldn't put it down. Aside from being sleep deprived I am also feel emotionally drained. The cliffhanger at the ending has me conflicted and salivating for the next story because I just Need to know what is going to happen but I'm not sure I would be able to survive the journey to what I am desperately hoping is a HEA for Brayden and Kiera. This love story riddled with angst started at the innocent age of ten for Brayden and seven for Kiera. I loved little Kiera and her interactions with her brother Ryan and his and her best friend Brayden. The care and emotion the two have towards each other is so well written that I just read with a smile on my face and a little twist at my heart, especially after the tree house scene. I got the gist early on that this was going to be a forbidden romance, the whole best friend's little sister. What I didn't expect was for her to become the little sister, especially when it happens. So amp up the forbidden aspect because Brayden ends up as Kiera's step brother. Now don't think this is going to be yet another step brother romance story which seem to be showing up in the droves. This story is so much more because there was so much more to their relationship prior to that, but it totally drives the angst up a hundred fold. Distance, really horribly devastating poor choices, and time do nothing to help Brayden in his struggle to do the right thing. I really wanted to hate Brayden every time he breaks Kiera's heart. With the story told in alternating POV, it became difficult to hate him because I could see he was breaking just as badly. Kiera starts out very young in this story and quite honestly, even at the ending she is still really young. Her heartbreak is gutting at points during this story and the authors did such an amazing job illustrating the depth of her devastation. I love her attempt at transformation during the story, but her feelings run so deep that her transformation is influenced by them. I struggled as I wanted her to move on but then wanted her to give Brayden just one more chance. So with all my love for this story why the half point deduction? I blame it on the steam. The chemistry between these two characters is scorching and the scenes are blazing hot. My only problem was Kiera's age. I get that she is filled to the brim with teenage hormones but I just couldn't picture her body and lower parts always reacting near Brayden. She is at an age where that is a definite curiosity and drive, but normally the heart and desires for everlasting love would trump that. She just always seemed to have too much sexual tension when around Brayden rather than a desire for him to spout his love and devotion to her. Perhaps I am just too old and kids are very different now, but that is what I would have expected. I didn't want their relationship to be centered on the physical and that definitely is where the story went. Yes, that was a long explanation, and obviously there is so much more between the characters than the physical or else they wouldn't be so broken, but it just stuck with me. This book is a definite must read but be ready for the emotional journey you will take with Brayden and Kiera. Also allot yourself a good four to five hours because once you start your will be unlikely to want to put this book down. Further, if you don't want to sit around anxiously awaiting the release of part two, you may want to wait to read until both parts have been released.  Thanks to NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

HOLY HELL!! That was one intense ride!!  What can I say about this book?? I EFFING LOVED IT!! I started it and my Kindle was glued to my hand until I got to the last page!! And when I got to the end I was screaming for MORE!! This book is SO GOOD!! Let me first start by saying I'm not a fan of the whole "step-brother" scenario. I hadn't been bitten by the bug and I hadn't been infected with the "step-brother" fever that seems to be going around. Well, at least I was. Up until the moment I started reading this book. HOLY MOLY!! I was blown away by the storytelling of both these authors. This story grabbed my attention from the first pages and did not let me go. Sleep, food, what is that?? Don't need any of that. I can feed off the words of this book. In case I had not mentioned it, it was EFFING GOOD!!  "They say hating someone is like a poison in your system. Not true. Self-loathing is the true poison. You can escape the sight of someone you despise. There's no escaping yourself." You get the gist of the story from the blurb. I do not want to say more and spoil it for you. Just know is full of drama, angst, swoony moments, and HOT, steamy, sexy scenes. Reading their struggles broke my heart. The back and forth and the not being able to stay away from each other. Knowing it was wrong but at the same time NEEDING to be together, it was heartbreaking. So much love, so much NEED. What a freaking roller coaster of emotions!! So, soooooo good!!  "She can't stop this attraction. It's a living, breathing element that pulls our bodies together." Do yourself a favor and 1-Click this book. YOU. WILL. LOVE. IT.
