Rainbow Dash looked up from the book she was searching and flew over to where Pinkie Pie stood. The others gathered around as well. "What did you find?" Twilight asked. "I found a picture of Ponyville all dreary and grey like it is now!" Pinkie Pie answered excitedly. Twilight took the book from her and gasped. "Wow! Ok according to this book only a pony with Chaos could do such a thing." "And who's the only pony we know with Chaos?" Applejack asked. "Discord!" They all said in unison. "But how do we turn Ponyville back to it's normal colorful state?" Dash asked. "It says here that the only thing that can bring Ponyville back to it's normal state is for somepony to do a Sonic Rainboom," Twilight answered her. Five pairs of eyes were suddenly pointed at Rainbow. "Hey, don't look at me!" she said, backing up slightly. "I'm sure there are other pegasi in Ponyville capable of doing a Sonic Rainboom!" "Come on, Rainbow Dash!" Rarity whined. "If we don't get the color back in Ponyville then I might buy a really pretty dress that might have a really ugly color and we all know that if I get an ugly color I get really cranky and you guys don't want me to be cranky and I don't want ugly colors!" Everypony gave Rarity a bewildered look. "What?" Rarity asked. "It's true." "What she's trying to say is life in Ponyville won't be the same unless you do the Sonic Rainboom," Twilight said. "Oh, alright," Dash gave in, and flew outside. She darted up into the sky faster than the fastest pegasus in Equestria, that being Fleetfoot of The Wonderbolts. All of a sudden, Rainbow felt her right wing start to tingle, and she felt herself swerve off balance. She looked at her wing. "What the hay!?" she shouted, and started to fall. She screamed and landed with a loud "Oof!" She laid there while the others galloped frantically over to her. "Rainbow Dash, your wing is bigger than you are!" Pinkie Pie giggled. "Are you alright?" Fluttershy asked softly. "Yeah I'm fine, thanks Fluttershy," Rainbow croaked and sat up, rubbing her arm. "What are we goin' to do now?" AJ asked. "I have an idea," Spike said, appearing beside Twilight. He'd woken up when he heard the commotion outside. "What is it, Spike?" Twilight asked. "You could use your magic to fix Rainbiw's wing!" Spike exclaimed. "I don't know if I can do that," Twilight fretted. "After all, we are dealing with Chaos here. I'll give it a try anyways." Dash braced herself for a catastrophy as Twilight started to perform the spell. The magic started to gather around her horn in its purple aura, then POOF! A purple cloud of smoke engulfs Rainbow. It clears to reveal her wing is back to normal. "Yes it worked!" Spike shouted and started toing a little jig while Dash tested her wing. "She can do the Sonic Rainboom now!" Pinkie Pie squealed, hopping around excitedly. "Not yet," Dash croaked. "Let me rest a little first. I'm really sore from the crash." Her friends led her over to a bench and she flopped down on it. "I just don't understand," Twilight commented, "why everypony in Ponyville is grey except for Rainbow." "I was wondering that, too," Rainbow replied, then sunk into deep thought. ~Hope you like it! Please rate and review. Btw this is a revision and retype of one of my other stories. It was in the reviews but the books they were in dissappeared so I'm forced to retype them. Hope you like this revised version!
