This is the second book of Raymond Francis' that I've read. I previously read Never Be Sick Again. A lot of the same information is repeated in Never Be Fat Again, some of it updated. Both books changed my life and health. I've lost 25 pounds and I am the healthiest I've ever been. Do not skip immediately to the menu section, it will make more sense if you know why you should eat according to this plan. It's hard to read at first and one thinks "why am I reading this," but I stuck to it and all at once the information made sense. I immediately started following the eating plan and lost 7 pounds the first 10 days with so much energy. This will remain my lifestyle. I'm waiting for the next book Never Feel Old Again!
