Editorial Reviews

In its original edition, David Zinczenko's Abs Diet for Women became a bestseller because it's not just a sensible 6-week weight loss plan; it's packed with the health details that modern women need. It included an osteoporosis prevention plan; tips on managing menopausal symptoms without hormone replacement therapy; information on coping with joint pain and improving sexual response; a postpartum workout for new moms; and bonus workout chapter that tones the body and calms the mind. This revised, improved edition contains also those features and a plethora of new useful tips, body-sculpting exercises, and delicious, fresh from the kitchen recipes that contain fat-burning, immune system-building ingredients. Bound to be a bestseller.

Wonderful, scientifically accurate book. Easy to follow, healthy eating....not a fad diet. However, I would recommend the hard copy of the book instead of the nook. There are exercises and recipes that are easier to get to in the physical copy (I have the hard copy of the regular Abs Diet and the Nook of the Abs Diet for Woman)
