Richard Ford, a novelist and short story writer, is best known for a trilogy of prize-winning books featuring Frank Bascombe, a middle-aged Everyman from suburban New Jersey. Independence Day, the second Bascombe novel, won both the Pulitzer Prize and the Pen Faulkner Award. Canada, a more recent bestseller that inhabits the consciousness of a fragile teenager after his family implodes, is another quiet masterpiece from one of America’s most acclaimed writers.

I purchased this book as soon as it was out, it has helped me hugely with the weight I have gained after giving birth to my 2 children. It's easy to understand showing just how easy it is to live the healthier lifestyle with enjoyment of exercise. I have had this book now for a short while now and already i'm seeing the results starting to come together. I would advise this book to anyone wanting to change their lives and fill it with more energy for the whole family. My kids benefit from this also as I have found myself full of energy all the time, play times are a lot more fun!
