New Day brings an awareness to the importance of living in the present. The book pointed out for me the challenges we face of living in the present and the obstacles that involve the three basic relationships which our life revolves. Monsignor Michael refers to to those basic relationships as "the three P's". --power, pleasure and possessions. The book offers remedies for balance in all three of the areas. I found the reflection and discussion questions at the end of each chapter very helpful.
