About the Author

As a non-fiction writer and journalist, Peterson self-publishes his own books on Amazon: ESPRESSO QUEEROLOGY, UNDER HER IDENTITY, UNTUCKED AND UNZIPPED and HILLEBRITIES. Peterson has interviewed several celebrities including selected cast members of RuPaul's Drag Race and covered the nightlife scene in Seattle. As a playwright, he has written CANT TEAR ME DOWN - a play based on the events of 1969 NYC Stonewall Riots; TRUCE, OR SUICIDE - a play about suicide, domestic violence and forgiveness. As well as over a dozen ten minute plays. Brian's directing credits include KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN by Manuel Puig (Trial by Fire TheatreWorks), THE GREYHOUND by Scot Augustson (Spin the Bottle at Annex Theatre), HIS MOTHER CALLS HIM PETEY by John C. Davenport (2010 Page to Stage Short Play Festival at Seattle Playwrights Collective) and BREAK by J.Stephen Brantley (Over the Rainbow Performance Lab). He is a former stage manager in theater (12 years) before stepping into the role of director and producer.
