This book is essential and powerful. I thought I was pretty sophisticated about dynamics/issues between women but I was blown away with Dr. Litwin's ability to provide the latest information, tools, suggestions, etc. in a practical, easy-to-read book (though research based). As a woman of color, this information was relevant and inclusive. Whether in the workplace or community, with colleagues, family or friends, New Rules for Women belongs in the hands of every woman, girl, man, boy and continuum of humanity. What a difference this book will make! It certainly has opened my eyes and mind.
