About the Author

Gregory Lois is the Managing Partner at Lois LLC. Greg supervises the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department. Greg regularly appears in New York and New Jersey workers' compensation courts and in Federal courts on Longshore and Harbors' Workers Compensation matters (including claims under the Defense Base Act). Greg is the co-author of the LexisNexis "Practice Guide to Workers' Compensation in New Jersey" (2016, ISBN:9781632838735).
