This is a great book! Fantastic recipes that are easy to understand and use. It has helpful information in knowing how to set up a complete pantry! It is a great hands on, how to book without pages of philosophy and all the yadda-yadda you often get with cookbooks. This would probably be the only book you will ever need. From simple excellent mushroom gravy to excellent stews and salads. It has it all. (the refried bean recipe is easy and fantastic!)
I love this book! I own numerous vegetarian cookbooks but find I always return to this one. It is the best vegetarian cookbook you'll ever own. Very easy to use and offers much information. I couldn't live without this cookbook. Thank you Goldbeck's!
