I first heard about nikki cleary when she was known as Brittney. i heard the song I.M me and i thought it was terrible, and had no buisneuss singing. i only bought this CD for the song 'you're the one that i want' with Chris Trousdale. but, i fell in love with most of the songs on this CD. she has an Ok voice, nothng spectacular, but she's a lot better then Britney Spears. It was worth the 13$ to get the CD, and i think that most pre-teens/teenagers would enjoy this CD, especiaqlly if you've been dumped, or in love.

I think this CD is good. I like 1 2 3. This CD is mostly about being in love and breaking up, which was what made it only good, not great. I think she has a nice voice, but I don't really like all of the words.

Nikki Cleary, formerly known as 'Britney Cleary', has recently signed on to Jive and changed her name to 'Nikki' so there wouldn't be two Britneys on the same label (sounds like someone else we know, mr. combs ;). Her voice is pure and as good as you could expect. She's got an Avril-punkish side and than a good-girl side... Her song '1,2,3,' is still a hit on the Radio Disney top 30 and I can't wait for her CD to come out on Aug. 5!

First off, let me just clarify that the reason I put "sort of" in the title of this review is not because her album is sort of good. Rather, it's sort of a debut because although it is her debut album on Jive Records (home of Britney Spears, *NSYNC, American Juniors, etc.), it is NOT Nikki's musical debut. When she was younger, she sang a song called "IM Me" written by her own father. Her real name is Brittney Cleary, which is the name that she used for the 'IM Me' song. When she got signed to Jive, she dropped Brittney and went for a name her manager suggested -- Nikki -- instead. I had heard her IM Me single a coupel of years ago and liked it, but I did not hear of her again until I bought some cereal and there was a sampler CD included. '1,2,3' (Nikki's first single off Jive) was included on the CD, and I loved it! Then, I heard that was doing a remake of 'You're the One I Want' (the Grease song) with Chris Trousdale (Dream Street member) and I was thrilled, because Chris is one of my favorite singers! The remake is AMAZING, and so is Nikki's entire album. Her newest song, 'Summertime Guys' (KimPossible soundtrack) was even written by her! Make sure you check this out!

Nikki (aka Brittney) has an amazing voice that is obviously hidden by the robotic revisions they make on the songs. A couple is okay, but the track editor didn't use them wisely. She has talent, and there's no reason to hide her voice. These bubble-gum pop songs are a little annoying. She could be using her voice in such a better way than this! I would love to hear her sing the National Anthem, or a little edgier songs. Overall, though, because of her talent, I give her three stars.

Nikki is the coolest I don't get why she would change her name what matters is her songs and how she wants them to feel. She really has an inspiring bio. too. It teaches us you may have a hidden talent.
