When Jenny's regular delivery man, John, reveals that she has become the centre of his sexual dream world, Jenny's quiet existence is thrown into an arena of desire that she thought she'd long since abandoned.

One unexpected, head-swimming romp later, and Jenny is left wondering if her courier will ever visit her again - and if he does, will he mention the hot sex they had on her living room floor that Tuesday afternoon, or will he pretend it didn't happen?

When the following Tuesday arrives and John reappears on Jenny's doorstep, the scene is set for a continuation of intensely kinky weekly meetings. There's only one problem: John really isn't Jenny's type. For one thing, he's a man...

About the Author

Kay Jaybee should really be sitting in a dusty university library, translating Medieval Latin criminal records and writing research documents that hardly anyone will ever want to read! However, one day back in 2005, an idea came to her for a story that was so saucy she had no option but to write it down!

Over the years, Kay has lived and worked in Scotland, Wales, and all over England. Currently tucked up in the southwest of England, she is bringing up her family with one hand and writing with the other.

So far, Kay has written over 70 short stories and had 14 solo publications, including the novels Making Him Wait (Sweetmeats Press, 2012), The Voyeur (Xcite, 2012), and The Perfect Submissive (Xcite, 2011); the novellas Digging Deep (Xcite, 2013), A Sticky Situation (Xcite, 2012), and The Circus (Sweetmeats Press, 2011); the anthologies The Best of Kay Jaybee (Xcite, 2012), Tied to the Kitchen Sink, Equipment (All Romance, 2012), Yes, Ma'am (Xcite e-books, 2011), Quick Kink One, Quick Kink Two (Xcite, 2010), The Collector (Austin & Macauley, 1st ed. 2008, 2nd ed. 2012, and the short story Punished (Sweetmeats Press, 2013).

My Thoughts: I picked this one up with the hopes that I would have a nice, hot, steamy ride. And I'm not going to say there wasn't steam (because there was), but the steam didn't outweigh the rest of the story. It felt thrown together, and too ridiculous to even find remotely believable. Maybe it's not supposed to BE believable, but I like my stories to have some sense of realistic features. But, this is all my opinion. Like I said, it's steamy. And if you like a lot of crazy and hot scenes in your book, well, that's what you'll get here. My rating: It's okay

Where to start ...... Jenny is a home based accountant, whose weekly coffee and chat sessions with her film delivery courier quickly move on to something far more exciting! John really is Not her Type ....Unshaven, tattooed, muscley and male.... A succession of increasingly erotic Tuesday afternoon rendezvous lead to other adventures and maybe something else.... A book for the 18+ brigade, with scenes of highly charged chemistry. Only problem I have now is that I am going to have to stop ordering stationary for work - the courier driver likes to chat when he delivers to the office - I wont be able to look him in the eye now! Book gifted from the author for an honest review.

Smoking hawt wham bam thank you ma'am, this is the book to read. Ms. Jaybee writes sexy scenes using every body part. She even makes chest hair alluring. She doesn't need fancy toys or equipment to turn up the heat in her books. In Not Her Type, it's a fantasy about the delivery guy dropping off more than the customer's packages. He slips his package in too. Jenny works from home and every Tuesday, John stops by at one o'clock in the afternoon to drop off her films. John is not her usual type because he's hairy and has a dick. So when he becomes irresistible, is it because it's him or because she's been in a dry spell? Regardless, the sex is mind blowing for her. Each sex scene builds the heat between Jenny and John. Between the sex scenes, Ms. Jaybee does explore the characters a bit. The focus is on the erotic positions and partners. As Jenny plays out John's fantasy's and vice versa, the reader is a happy voyeur enjoying every lick, stroke and thrust. The descriptions are vivid. Jenny shows off in all the ways John tells her. When the final fantasy is revealed, Ms. Jaybee pulls another fast one on the reader, she ends it, leaving the reader wanting more. If only 9 and 1/2 weeks was has erotic as this book. Lest anyone things this is just a porn book, it is not. Jenny and John do try to learn about each other. It seems both have baggage which prevents them from being open with each other. With each interlude, a little bit more is revealed about them. This 3.5 star book is a recommended for those who want a smexy erotic read. *I received this book as a review copy in return for an honest review

A fun naught sexy read that will leaving you wonder why you don’t have things delivered more often. John and Jenny strike up a friendship over the weeks as he delivers DVD’s to her. One thing leads to another and they end up having mind blowing sex. Neither wanting a relationship, they continue their weekly fun even though Jenny is shocked she lusts after this man when she is usually into girls. Fast paced and sexy read. Loved it!

Warning: Contents are hot! *Book source ~ A review copy was provided in exchange for an honest review. John is Jenny’s regular movie courier. Each Tuesday he brings the new and takes the old. After months of casual chitchat and even a quick cup of coffee, John reveals how he feels at home with someone he hasn’t even hugged. An innocent hug is all it takes to ignite a red hot lust between two opposites. Oh.Em.Gee! This! This is my favorite story by Kay Jaybee so far. *fans self* Told from Jenny’s POV it’s well-written, smooth flowing, creative and hot. Oh, dear sweet Heaven, is it hot. Jenny and John are almost complete opposites in every way. And yet there is something that draws them together. Not just for hot sex though that is definitely a plus. As they explore their fantasies and feelings each week this story will have you drooling, so be sure to have a bib or better yet a towel handy. Why? Because a towel can be used to wipe moisture from other places besides a chin. Duh. I can see myself revisiting this story on a regular basis. *nods emphatically* Oh, yeah.

"I received this book as a review copy in return for an honest review" What woman doesn't fantasize about a hot delivery guy? Well Kay Jaybee brings the fantasy to life! The characters are sexy and the story has a sexy plot. John the delivery guy comes to Jenny’s' house every Tuesday. They always end up talking and having a drink but one day things get wild. Now every Tuesday when John shows up things get a little dirty. Who am I kidding it gets A LOT dirty! John is so not Jenny’s' type but this goes to show you that things change. I actually found my self waiting to see what would happen just like Jenny did. It was very exciting. This book is for those who like a little excitement and likes to expect the unexpected. Also for those who fantasizes about that one hot delivery person. It makes you wonder what those guys have on their minds when delivering a package. I definitely recommend this book.

Reviewed for Erotic Flashes Reviews Rating: 4 Flashes Heat Level: 4.5 Well, I've got myself one dirty little story here, with a touch of heart too. This was a fun read with a capital F, and a whole load of another F-word going on throughout. John is Jenny's filthy-minded, hairy-chested, tattooed and devilishly handsome courier. He delivers DVDs to her every Tuesday and has always had the hots for her. One Tuesday, the opportunity arises to do something about it, and Jenny (who also sports a mind as deviously imaginative and in need of a good bleaching) discovers that she has the hots for him too -- big time. Even as I write this, it doesn't do the story justice. This is a light-hearted read that packs a lot of punch, and a huge amount of kink, not to mention some light BDSM. You'll find some female lovin' here (and a naughty f/m/f threesome) as well the chance to become well acquainted with Jenny's 'rough around the edges' delivery man ... and he certainly knows how to deliver. Kay's writing is direct and she doesn't mince her erotic words. There's also not a lot of (if any) drowning in emotions, and there's not a huge amount of background about the characters -- some, but not loads -- so if you're a fan of 'to the point' erotica, without too much of the heart-rendering stuff, this one's for you. There's page after page of larger-than-life sex here and it's well written. There was also a scenario that took me by surprise -- pleasantly so, although it may not be to everyone's tastes. I can't say more as I don't want to spoil it, but you'll get to it and go, "Is she really going to write that in? Oh! Well, damn, she did!" This is the first Kay Jaybee story I've read, but it won't be the last. Note: Received from Writers Marketing Services, via the author / publisher, in exchange for an honest review.
