Not Over (Parker Siblings Series Book 4) by Leigh Ann Lunsford 5x a million, OMG it's over and I can't take it STARS I just don't know what to say, this whole series has wrapped me up and I already can not wait to read it again. After reading each one I said ok this one is my favorite, well I think this one truly is. Which is hard to say only because the others were A-May-Zing. Watching Dustin grow and struggle through all of this series was heart wrenching at times. Some of the things he did made me proud of him and other times made me want to slap him...I kind of felt like another of his sisters. His love though for Teryn shined so bright, and his struggle with how to let her heal was real. How he dealt with it ticked me off but he wanted safe and although it turned very unsafe, it was obvious where he was at the whole time. Teryn broke my heart, what she was forced to endure throughout her life was beyond comprehension, her strength dealing with it all astounded me. It was also obvious where her heart was at the entire time she was gone, yet misunderstandings in life will cause you to react in ways you normally wouldn't. I can't say enough about how these books made me feel. I laughed, I cried, I swore, I shook my head, but in the end I just smiled. This family has won my heart, I could go on and on about each character but that would take forever, but I will call out Mitch. He was spot on in this story. What I will go on and on about to every single person I know is THIS AUTHOR, I mean come on, look up Brilliant and her picture should be there. I have already read many of her books but I'm not done yet, and I never will be as long as she keeps writing. I love you Leigh Ann Lunsford and thank you for one of the most beautifully written series I have ever read!! Do not try to read this series out of order, you will miss out on so much, trust me and one click them all!!

Not Over is the fourth and final book in the Parker Siblings series. I read all four books one after another and it was amazing to see how the series developed with each book, how much deeper the writer went with the next sibling and how much more I actually got out of the previous books when having read the next one (if it makes any sense!). The fourth book is the story of the youngest sibling, Dustin Parker, and Teryn Hall who is the daughter of the man that has haunted the Parker family siblings for years. I think this story was the most heart wrenching of them all, I cannot remember crying so much when reading the first three … The depth of the pain and despair that we feel along Dustin and Teryn and especially Teryn … it simply broke my heart and it has been some time since I read the book and some of the scenes are still haunting me … Thank you Leigh Ann for an amazing conclusion to this great family story! Thank you for teaching us all so many vital lessons! Bloody hell, at times I felt like that some of those lessons are too much, how can we, I mean they survive them and come out ‘more’ on the other side but I should have simply trusted in you, I should have known better! I had been on the ride of this rollercoaster when reading the first three books! You know what you are doing! Thank you! I am gutted to say goodbye to the Parker family and I know, that I will return again and re-read these book later on as they are staying with me, deep in my subconscious and I can feel them pulling me back, now, when writing this review! Do take the time and read them, all four of them! You can not imagine how much you will be given!

Not over (Parker Siblings) (Book 4) by Leigh Ann Lunsford is the four and final book in her Parker Siblings series. I highly suggest that you read the previous three books before this one so that you can understand the background and not miss anything important. One of the things I love most about this author is her writing style. Her writing pulls me into her story and keeps me engaged until the last word. Her characters are connectable and lovable. They will take you on a roller coaster ride of various emotions. They just pop off the page and into your heart. This story is about broken hearts and second chances. Find out if this couple will learn to heal and move on or will they get a second chance. This is the story of Dustin and Teryn. They were so much in love with each other then one day she leaves without saying anything. She has scars that no one should have and right or wrong she runs from them. Once you hear her story, you will feel compassion for her but yet I found myself a little angry with her too. In my opinion just up and leaving just doesn't solve anything, it causes more damage to those around you. She should have just faced things and grow up a little bit. Dustin is the youngest of the Parker siblings and has seen his sisters so happy. He just wants the same thing so he tries to move on. But the problem with that is the heart wants what the heart wants. To me he is also running from his hurt and just needs to face it head on. I love these two characters. They are so strong and both have been through quite a bit. They are both tough, smart and know what they want. Will they find their way back to each other or will fate have others things in store for them? Will Dustin find his HEA like his sisters? I am not sure how many of this authors books I have read but this is one of my favorite series of hers. I know that when I open one of her books I am in for a new adventure that I won't be able to put down. I highly recommend this book, I know you will want to see what I am talking about. If you loved three Parker sisters story, you will love their brothers story too.

4.5 Sassy Stars  Favorite Quotes: “Well it isn’t a family dinner unless someone leaves in tears.  Another successful year.  Who wants cake?” My Review: The fourth and final in the Parker series and I am sorry to see it end.  I am not a fan of angst and the main focus of this volume was quite angsty, but the sassy humor of the rest of the family, and of course the steamy love scenes, more than made up for the discomfort and conflict.  I have grown to adore this family and Leigh Ann Lundsford.  I imagine she is quite the firecracker herself, and I would love to just hang with her and drink wine.  Her writing is witty, clever, fast paced, emotional, moving, steamy, familiar, irreverent, and informal.  And I loved reading it all, despite the angst ;)  I think she should start in on the next generation of this riotous clan and just keep on going.

What a way to end the series. The tears are real, the laughter is loud and there is nothing normal (who defines "normal") about the Parkers. Of course, I have never seen or known of a "normal" family. But when you have gone the things these siblings have gone through, you would know and feel the love that is always present. Teryn is in an inpatient treatment facility.  Dustin is so heartbroken he has chosen other outlets for his needs and his anger. Then he chooses to go to college to figure out what to do with the rest of his life, minus Teryn. He hooks up with Tara. She is no good for him but chooses the right way to keep him. Claiming to have been raped, she gets him to agree to marry her.  Teryn is ready to get out and sees that Dustin is engaged. Teryn has learned that she can express herself and it is acceptable to drop the F bomb, LOL. F*cking weather held her up for the past week or she might have made it to him before he chose her. Things seem to work out the way they are supposed to and Tara gets busted and Teryn finally gets to see Dustin. I loved this series and I am sure that I will be reading it again and again. I will cry again and again and I will laugh again and again.  This series has so many life events that could have devastated this family, but they had the best grandparents in the world and they had each other.  And yet, for me, this is a feel good series that I can count on to make my day better. TY Leigh Ann Lunsford for the series and sharing your life with us, including the last days of your grandmother's life. Your angel is watching over you forever.

Leigh Ann Lunsford your writing flows like the sea, there are gentle tides lapping onto the shore , but when you least expect it, the tidal wave knocks you down unexpectedly, consuming your heart relentlessly.  Be prepared to be drowned in an array of emotions love, humor, anger, betrayal, self-worth, insecurities and heart break. Leigh Ann you did an amazing job portraying strength and self-discovery overcoming trauma that can scar any woman for a lifetime. The love between Dustin and Teryn is pure and undeniable. The emotional connection they share became the foundation of their relationship. Dustin’s arms were Teryn’s safe haven. The Parker Siblings and their significant others are forever imprinted in my heart; they love hard and conquer all obstacles as a family. My favorite quote “Sometimes you have to fall apart with each other to come back together again” Tyler James you will always have my heart.  Not Over was written articulately and eloquently. Perfection!!! Perfect Ending to a phenomenal series. Author Leigh Ann Lunsford you are amazing and I applaud you for being an exceptional writer. If you are reading my review, STOP  buy the book, okay purchase the first book if you haven’t already, so you can get the gist of the story. Do not hesitate to one click Five Stars Guaranteed.

Amazing book to end an amazing series!! I have loved the Parker Siblings since the first page of Not Enough. The way Leigh Ann makes you feel like you're part of the Parker family is unreal. I don't know how she does it but I fell in love even more with these crazies in this book. We learn so much and finally get the answers we've been dying to find out. Dustin really flourishes and shows his true colors in this book, we've been cheering them all on for their happy ending but the way things were left in Not Hiding I wasn't sure what would happen to Dustin. I won't tell you if he gets his but just know he really showed me a side of him that I never thought possible. We also get to find out all about Teryn, and wow, that's all I am saying about her. She stole my heart and I don't think I'll ever be the same, she brought on tears that I don't normally shed. Leigh Ann really outdid herself this time, while all her books have been amazing this book just takes your emotions and runs away with them, not giving them back so make sure you have your tissues handy. It's a little bitter sweet knowing this is the end but after finishing this book your heart will be smiling and all the hopes you've had for these crazies will be soaring! Thank you Leigh Ann Lunsford for writing with so much heart and soul that I could feel it coming right out of the pages and pouring into my own.
