To any woman who is facing this diagnosis I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the book: Not Your Mother's Hysterectomy. As you make your way through it's pages you quickly realize that Dr. Kowalski is not lecturing you or selling you. She is talking with you, answering your questions, addressing your fears as a trusted friend would. Reading the book empowers you with the knowledge to make your treatment decision with confidence, even if it's not the Davinci method. You owe this to yourself. Dr. Kowalski' book is a friendly reminder that even when it comes to Cancer, you have options and you're not alone.
