Obsessed by Margaret Daley Everyday Heroes Series Book Two Serena Remington started her life over in a new town—a new state—with only her poodle for company. To escape a stalker. No one knows she used to have a different name. That her story isn't really her story. For three years she's lived quietly, and when odd things start happening, she keeps pushing back the idea that she's been found. Luckily, her new neighbor and his huge dog are there to help keep her fears at bay. Quinn Taylor had left his hometown years ago. Ran away, actually. But it was time to come home and the job at Firehouse 14 is perfect. They want him as a firefighter and arson investigator along with his dog, who is trained to help him. It's a real plus that after only a few days back he meets his new neighbor and really connects with her. Serena has kept her secret to herself, but when things keep getting closer to home—she may have to trust Quinn with the truth. All of it. Great story. Loved the dogs, as background characters they stole the show at times. And as always, the author wrote a great suspense that gives you plenty of suspects without giving away who the villain is.

Obsessed ( Everyday Heroes-Book 2 ) By; Margaret Daley Obsessed is book two by Margaret Daley in Everyday Heroes series. Margaret Daley has penned a wonderful , exciting, suspense romance that will have you trying to read faster to see what is going to happens next. She captured me at the start and I was not disappointed. This is an easy, fast read , and well written story. A Message of forgiveness in Obsessed. There is a stalker, suspense, arson, murder, and romance that will have you on the edge of your seat . I loved the two dogs in this story . They are very different from each other. I caught myself laughing at them all through the story. Serena is a school teacher and Quinn is a handsome firefighter trained with expertise in Arson with his dog who is also trained to help him. This is a fast paced exciting story and I did not want to put it down. I was given a complimentary copy of this book, but was not told that I had to give a positive review. All opinions are my own.

Author Margaret Daley has done it again! She has written another sit-on-the-edge of your seat suspense with that just right splash of romance! The story was entertaining with the addition of Susie, the miniature poodle, and Brutus, the Great Dane! Quite the adorable pair but it turns out theirs isn’t the only romance. Serena Remington has changed her identity and moved to a new location hoping she has left her stalker behind, but has she? Firefighter, Quinn Taylor, has returned to his hometown to be closer to help his Granny. Now next-door neighbors, Serena and Quinn strike up a friendship thanks to their two pets. I love books with animals, and this one especially as I have a poodle. I could so relate to Susie’s antics. Things get perilous for Serena and Quinn and the ending is quite a surprise. Be warned that this is a page-turner and hard to put down! I received a copy of this book from the author. The opinions expressed are my own.

This book was so good I read it in one day! I couldn't put it down! It was very suspenseful and I had to know the ending - the "who done it?" - so I just kept reading! I think stalkers are one of the most creepy things there are and when you throw in arson, murder and new identities, you really have your hands full! That's all in this new book by Margaret Daley. It will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat if you're like me. Serena (her changed name) has already moved to a new town to escape a stalker and thinks everything in her past is behind her. She meets her new neighbor, Quinn, who is a firefighter and his big dog, Brutus, who is an arson dog. They both hit it off and seem to be headed towards an early, easy friendship. Suddenly, things begin to happen that lead Serena to think her stalker has found her again. How did he find her? Fires! Arson! Murder! Who is her stalker??!! She doesn't want anyone close to her to be hurt anymore! Quinn wants to stop whoever is doing this! It's a great read and I highly recommend it! The characters are great and very believable! You'll be rooting for them to find the stalker soon and save the town! I luckily received this book from the author to read but was not required to leave a review. These opinions and thoughts are my own.

A quick read with a solid message of forgiveness. I hope no one will have hard feelings toward me but I am not a dog-lover, except in stories. I enjoy reading about dogs and their attachment to their owners, as well as the close bond that the owners have for them. The dogs in this story are as different as night and day, but both play a vital role. Serena has a miniature poodle and Quinn has a Great Dane. It only takes a day for the two dogs to bond and bring the owners together into a friendly relationship. The school teacher and the firefighter have people in the past that they need to forgive. In her case, she does not know who that person is since her stalker has never been identified. The firefighter knows exactly who he needs to forgive but has struggled with it for years. So these are the main characters but someone else is lurking in the dark and creating a lot of havoc. Can the firefighter figure out who the arsonist is and rescue the teacher before it is too late? Or will he need to be rescued? Things may get complicated before they get better. For some exciting action, romance, and suspense, with a valuable life lesson, I urge you to read this book. I received a copy of this book from the author. This is my honest review. All opinions are strictly my own.
