A very thin volume bloated with unrelated/unimportant information and little actual useful information. The book actually names websites offering the same/similar information and viewable videos. Makes one wonder what the point of this book actually is. The images used in this book are low quality (especially for an "art" book) and blurry - appear to be small sections taken from whole images and enlarged to the point of quality loss. I'm a fan of Odd Nerdrum and although have no desire to paint in his image, I enjoy reading of and learning the techniques of the masters. I'll most likely return this book and purchase another of Nerdrum's actual work.
