A bright and colorful book until the univentor takes everything away, including Og the dog. The book makes you see how important everything is and how not to take things for granted. I would like to hear what kids think are the most important things in the world.
The Uninventor is a green-haired woman who walks around uninventing things - pens, museums, corners - and when she does, people forget they ever existed. If this sounds nonsensical, it is, and not in a charming way. The story is confusing and frustrating; no motivation is given for the Uninventor, and the protagonist characters are developed in only the vaguest way. The story is neither cohesive nor interesting; children will not find it engaging nor a good read.
