About the Author

Miranda Cooley is a wife and mother of 5 in Louisiana. She had the idea of writing this book about her daughter after witnessing her daughters princess like strong will amongst all her brothers. It certainly gave her a run for a money after many layed back boys. She blogs and enjoys the fresh air outside with her kids the most. She loves raising a little girl and hopes this book allows other mothers to relate to the chaos all kids sometimes create in motherhood.

CHAPTER 1

OH, GEMMA!

Oh Gemma! She is at it again!

Chasing the dragonflies and dancing in the wind

She likes to play outside all day and tell her mommy No. ...

She is fire and she is ice and goes where the cool breeze blows.

She climbs and draws on everything she can possibly reach.

But at night when she's tired she curls up in her mommy's lap.

She brings a book, they take a look abd she goes down for a long, long nap.

Sometimes she climbs in her parents bed and curls up on her daddy's side.

In the morning she has CRAZY hair and wakes with a big ole' SMILE!

We never know what the day will bring when Gemma gets involved.

We could have a sunny day or a day where nothing is resolved.
