About the Author

Danuta Reah is a novelist (www.danutareah.com) and academic who specialises in modern linguistics. She lives in Sheffield with her husband, Kenneth Reah.
Penny Grubb is an academic who has worked in various healthcare-related disciplines. She is also a crime writer (www.pennygrubb.com) and the Chair of the Authors' Licensing and Collecting Society (www.alcs.co.uk). She and her husband live in an old farmhouse in East Yorkshire with a transient population of family and animals.
John Kot is an engineer and writer. He and his wife live in Australia with their two children.
Jan Kot (1914 - 1996) was born in Baranowicze (then Poland, now Belarus), came to the UK during WWII and settled in Sheffield where he became the City Architect before retiring to build a new career as an artist.
Kenneth Reah is an artist and a writer who lives in Sheffield with his wife, novelist Danuta Reah.
