The book 'Once upon A Crisis' is written from the heart by a Police Officer who knew that he was dealing with people who broke the law but he also knew that they needed compassion and understanding. The book starts out with a bit of humor and slowly builds up to very serious matters. The author reveals what stress can do to the psyche and how he dealt with it. I recommend this book because it is a teaching tool and very enlightening for all to understand PTSD.
