About the Author
K S Khatana was born in 1954 in a village next to Gurgaon, the millennium city of India in the state of Haryana. He holds a masters degree in personnel management and is also a law graduate. Khatana, while still doing his law, was selected for commission in the Indian Army; he served there till 2004 when he sought premature retirement to pursue other vocations. Khatana has served with distinction in Infantry in Intelligence Corps of the Indian Army. He has a wide and varied experience in dealing with national security and terrorism. A widely- travelled man, he also has firsthand experience in the Iraq Situation. Khatana has also been taking active part in various discussions on television channels. The author also served in the private sector for five years to get a feel of the corporate sector. He is an active member of two non-government of India. He is an active member of two non- government organisations: Movement for Restoration of Good Government and Ecology Monitors Society started and run by Major General Vinod Saighal, a brilliant mind and a leading authority on international affairs.
