Mesmerized by the sensuous moves of the stranger who danced with her at the Lucian Club, Caitlynn Pilgrim has been trying for almost two years to get him out of her mind, with no success. Until that night, she was perfectly happy with her single life and was not looking for a man to complicate it, but this stranger with his seductive moves has her rethinking that decision. So, for over a year, she has been returning to the club, hoping to run into him and have one more dance with him. Alas, Caitlynn does not know the stranger's name or even what he looks like. She was so taken with dancing with him, she'd neglected to look into his face, and when she was suddenly called away by her friend, Esther, she'd returned to pick up where she left off only to find him gone.

Andre Cunningham burns with memories of the beautiful, passionate woman he danced with two years ago at the club. He had spotted her as soon as she walked in, waving her hand in the air. He'd danced up to her and, without uttering a word, fitted his body against hers. They moved together as one. She was as fluid as honey, weaving her magic over him, until he was intoxicated. Just as he was about to ask her name, she separated herself from him and went to talk to her friend... she did not return... he was devastated. From that day to now, he has haunted the club every chance he gets, searching for his mysterious dancer, but so far, it has been an effort in futility. This Labor Day will be two years since that unforgettable dance. He hopes this will be the night he reconnects with his mysterious dancer, even if he has to search every corner of the Club. He will not give up until he finds her. She has branded him with her magic, and ruined him for all others.

I totally enjoyed the story of Andre and Caitlynn. It started off slow while the two fated strangers search for each other. The excitement began the moment they met for the second time. It was heated excitement on each page, which had me turning the pages, rapidly. The unexpected twist the author throws in with her friend, had me biting my nails. Great love story. Well written and well done!

Soooo Romantic… A lovely story about “the one who got away,” it plays out in tantalizing fashion as the lovers search for each other. Andre and Caitlynn were so real to me, I had to keep reading to find out if they would get their happy ending. The twists made the journey more suspenseful, and the ending more satisfying. Well done!

Ju Ephraime’s One Dance With A Stranger, has all the hallmark of a suspense romance, with the author building playing out the meeting between the two main characters, Andre and Caitlynn, until I was practically on the edge of my seat as I waited for them to meet again. Not only did the author not disappoint me when the meeting finally takes place, but the twist with her best friend, Esther, put an entirely new level of suspense to the story. Great read!

This was the second book I read from Ju Ephraime and completely different from the previous one. I'm awed before the authors ability to modify her writing and storytelling, still being true on her writing style and keeping two completely different stories recognizable as hers. I bet Ju Ephraime could write about anything and yet make it exquisite! This book is a gem for romance hungry people. It somehow reminded me of the old, good love stories, where you can be swept from your feet with only one look… or in this case with one dance. Andre and Caitlynn's love is a love at first sight kind of love. Something you only experience once in your life… something that makes you do anything to cherish it, even when life challenges you and throws obstacles on your way.  Oh, my, this story left me breathless. It had everything I could have hoped for. Love, bigger than life. Steamy sex, that made me blush. Longing, which made me cry…deep sigh. Yes, Ju Ephraime, I'm a fan and will be reading your books over and over again!

Wickedly romantic thriller. Mesmerized by the sensuous moves of a strange man at the Lucian Club, Caitlynn Pilgrim has been trying for almost two years to get him out of her mind, with no success. He, too, burns with memories of the beautiful, passionate dancer. Two years since that unforgettable dance, he still hopes to reconnect with his mysterious dance. He searches high and low. He must  find her. She has branded him with her magic, and ruined him for all others

I really enjoyed this book! I am a sucker for a good romance, and this book delivered. The predicament of the two main characters was sad, but yet it makes for a fantastic read. The author writing style made it vividly clear about the longing the two main characters were feeling. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is positively a must-read for readers who love romance. FIVE STARS!!!
