About the Author

Carol S. Fowler has been writing for many years. She spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps and then went on to receive her BA degree in English/Creative Writing from California State University, San Bernardino. She was a member of the Southern California Writer's Club and has written for two newspapers. She has also been a writer for a jazz magazine. She has published the mystery/suspense novella The Victorian Cage and is now residing in Elgin, Illinois.
