I love all of Corrine's books. She's got a way with words and has the best sense of humor. So glad Kristin divorced her douchebag husband. He is a total TOOL. Noah Frazier is a girl's dream guy. Funny, sweet, loving, and drop dead, gotta hit that gorgeous. I want me a Noah Frazier. This is definitely one of those books I'll read over and over. I can't wait for more stories from Corrine Michaels

5 star Review One Last Time by Corinne Michaels Why have I not read Corinne Michaels before? This book was one that I could not put down; from the first to the last chapter I was totally enthralled. What an emotional journey from the lowest of lows to the highest of highs One Last Time has it all. The writing was excellent, all the characters were strongly written and Aubrey and Finn nearly stole the book, particularly Aubrey. This was such a beautifully written romance and honestly I think I fell in love with Noah Frazier. This was an amazing read that held my attention and towards the end I was on the edge of my seat as I frantically tried to read faster to see what was going to happen next. The chemistry was amazing and at times the tenderness and love that Noah showed for Kristin and her children moved me almost to tears. If anyone deserves a man to show her the true meaning of love and what a relationship should be about it was Kristin and Noah did not disappoint. There were also many humorous moments whilst reading this book and I will assuredly be reading more form Corinne Michaels at the earliest opportunity. One Last Time is a book I highly recommend you one click and read ASAP, you won’t be disappointed

This is the funniest book by Corinne Michaels that I have read to date! I was honestly laughing out loud throughout most of this book! One Last Time does have more serious and emotional moments, but for the most part it was almost like having a conversation with my closest girlfriend. Corinne's writing is so relatable and honest. I connected right away to Kristin and though I (thankfully) haven't experienced the events that made up the majority of her marriage to Scott, I could completely empathize with her. Her relationship with her girlfriends is just as critical to the story as the romance. Everyone would be lucky to have even one friend like this group of women. People who support you, love you, lift you up, and have your back through any and everything. One of my favorite things about Corinne Michaels' books is that her characters are often older and more mature than the typical romance hero and heroine. I definitely enjoy YA and NA romances too, but sometimes I need more. I really appreciate that the characters have a greater array of life experiences and aren't bogged down by silly drama. I also really liked seeing Heather, Eli, Catherine, and Jackson make appearances in this book. The epilogue was already wonderful as is ("I’ll Slytherin to your Hufflepuff tonight if you need me to remind you." - I die!!), but the bonus epilogue (the link to it is at the end of the book) only made me swoon and laugh harder! Noah is a hero I won't soon forget! ;) *I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book*

Corinne Michaels’ books are ones I always scramble and look forward to having on my hands to savor and devour. They never fail to make me feel... EVERYTHING. She just has this unique way of narrating a story that’s already beautiful and moving as it is, all the while still magnifying such powerful emotions and infusing her own brand of humor into it. More often than not, you’ll find yourself clutching your chest, trying to hold onto your pounding heart and battling the chills from so many feels one minute, then giggling or laughing your butt off the next. It’s absolutely intoxicating and I won’t ever tire of reading every single thing she writes at this point. Just like this book. Noah Frazier is as gorgeous, persistent and kindhearted as most sexy gentlemen come, but at the same time, he’s also different from the rest of them—he’s just plain PERFECTION. He can definitely woo any woman’s panties off, no problem. But wait until you see him with Kristin’s children. And the way he was with her. He’s unlike any other hero I’ve read about—I wanted him so badly to be real. There’s just so many sides of him to love and adore and melt over. I truly think I died a million deaths over this wonderful man. Kristin McGee is a heroine you won’t be able to help but feel for. She’s smart, funny, determined, and a remarkably dedicated mother with so much love to give. Seriously, she’s the coolest mom ever and I think I loved her as much as I did Noah. She was an amazing mother to both Finn and Aubrey—you’d clearly see how she utterly did right by those kids, no matter what she was already going through. And she had an outstanding support system around her—her girlfriends are the absolute best. They’re hilarious, wild, and they never fail to be there for her through it all. That kind of friendship is one you treasure and keep forever. Noah and Kristin—together with Finn and Aubrey—are characters you certainly won’t forget anytime soon. The character development in this book was so exceptional, you’d really see how much they’ve all grown compared to when it all started. Especially with the kind of baggage these two were already carrying before they even met. The doubts... the insecurities... everything was just so relatable in this book. And regardless of their differences, they still clicked and connected like long lost lovers—they just fit perfectly with each other. And don’t even get me started with the kind of red hot chemistry these two have. It was definitely potent and goosebump-inducing. I’m telling you, these two will have your heart squeezing and melting and skipping beats in no time. One Last Time is definitely yet another Corinne Michaels hit you wouldn’t want to miss. It’s a read full of heat. And heart. And just pure raw emotion. If you’re looking for a book that will make you FEEL and relate to every single character... one that will stick with you for a long time... pick this book up. You won’t have an ounce of regret. You’re going to fall hard for Noah and Kristin. And even the kids. And since we already have Heather and Eli’s tale in We Own Tonight, you’re just going to want Nicole’s and Danielle’s story as well after this.

Corinne Michaels has yet again written a book that I didn't want to leave. Move over all other book boyfriends, Noah Frazier is in town. And he's here to stay! What Ms Michaels has written is nothing short of inspirational, uplifting and hopeful. This is a second chance romance of epic proportions. Kristin has left behind a verbally abusive marriage and is trying to make a fresh start as a single mother. To support herself and children, she gets a job as a celebrity journalist. Enter Noah Frazier. Kristin's first assignment. He is notorious for not giving interviews or revealing anything personal, and it's Kristin's job to get an exclusive from him. Despite making a fool out of herself, Noah is beguiled by Kristin and wants to see more of her, wants time with her, wants her period. The next thing Kristin knows, she has the hot, the famous and very forthcoming actor coming for her. After years of being mentally beaten down, she finds his interest and attraction in her very hard to believe and so begins their story. From comedic moments, to moody children. From drunken antics to self-deprecating thoughts. This story has it all. I swooned, I fell hard for these characters and I absolutely loved the happy. This story can easily give anyone hope for a better tomorrow after a dark today. The proof that love comes in many ways with a number of facets is shown in Kristin and Noah's story. Now, is time for their happily ever after - they've spent so long looking for it. I have so much love for One Last Time because of its realness and the raw feelings Corinne's writing can invoke in just a few words. You find yourself vying for the HEA and the perfect ending, you can only hope and dream that a love like theirs can be your reality, and you can't help but wish for more from them!

One Last Time is the story of Kristin and Noah. Kristen has been in a relationship for the last 14 years with her husband Scott aka the Douche. He’s very emotionally and verbally abusive, and I’ve been there in my life. So in a lot of ways, I could relate to how Kristin felt. It all changes though, the moment he decides she is no longer good enough. Kristin is an excellent character and matched with Noah; nothing would be able to stop them. This is such a great story, and the audiobook was terrific. Andi and Sebastian have narrated many books together. Andi, I feel puts the emotion into the character. I’ve loved pretty much any book that she’s narrated, that I’ve listened too. I also loved the epilogue’s and how far it goes into their future. Michael’s has this incredible talent. Creating all these characters and they honestly feel so real. Overall, Five Boundless Stars.

Fun, easy read. It was very easy to step into the characters and feel everything they were going though. I loved this book and just bought “We own tonight”.

Overall Rating: 2.5/5 Stars This is my first ever audio book. I really enjoyed listening to this book. It's really opened my eyes to how audible books can help you out with your reading goals and being able to read while doing other things. I just didn't love this book. I just randomly picked it up and it was exactly what I expected it to be. A cute, funny romance with a bit of drama. I just wasn't as intrigued with this book as I have been with books like this in the past. Plot Rating: 3/5 Stars I really like that the focus of this book isn't about two young people falling in love. It's a realistic book. Kristen is in the midst of her divorce when she meets her new love interest, Noah. They work through their new relationship with plenty of hardships. I really like that this really could apply to people in real life. (Minus the whole her shacking up with an actor, that's not really that realistic.) This book made me laugh out loud quite a few times. This book also made me blush. I've never actually listened to a sex scene being narrated before and I had to turn it off out of embarrassment even though I was mostly alone. There was drama in this book. It was pretty interesting but I think it was a bit too much for this story. I just don't like how CM turned Scott's new girlfriend into a conniving woman. Character Rating: 3.5/5 Stars I love Kristen. She's a relatable character and I just love her. She's so sensitive to her children and I respect that about her. She was scared to introduce Noah to them knowing it was too soon. She's a heartwarming character who deserves the world. Honestly, I didn't really care for Noah. I feel like she doesn't need a famous guy to be in her life after it was turned upside down. I just don't think he was worthy of her. I loved all of the side characters. They each had a personality of their own. Everyone in this book made me laugh out loud at least once. Romance Rating: 1.5/5 Stars I really didn't care for Kristen and Noah's relationship. I thought she went into really quick after her marriage and fell way too quick. I just don't like the insta-love. I feel like she didn't even have enough time to mourn her previous marriage before jumping into a relationship. I think I really hated their relationship due to the fact that Noah is an actor. It just seems over the top for me.

One Last Time is a great book, it was so easy to fall in love with the characters, well almost all of them. Kristin has been married to a man that is impossible to please, thus one of the characters that was not so easy to love. She has two kids, Finn who is ten and Aubrey who is six, and her first loyalty is to her kids, and then she meets Noah. Well her loyalty is still with her kids, but Noah makes it easy for her to forget about her ex. What she doesn't know about Noah is once he finds something he wants, he doesn't stop until he gets it. This is a wonderful second chance at love romance, that is sexy, sweet, funny, realistic, and emotional.

Although this story was not as big as a tear jerker as the first book with Hanna and her rock star. It was still a wonderful read with lots of steamy loving, an adorable little girl, some suspense, conflict and a some funny parts too. Has 281+ nook pages. Hopefully Nicole gets her story, she is a riot, and would love to hear about her back story.****

4.5 Stars! One Last Time is filled with heartbreak and some humor thrown together, so much it makes us feel like nosy observers in this emotional Standalone. We watch the implosion of a seemingly happy marriage that ends due to a controlling husband and a wife that had become accustomed to being a doormat. As the story progresses we witness a rebirth, so to speak, of a strong woman who refuses to believe she’s worthless. I love stories that make me want to grab someone and throat-punch them, and this story has the perfect foe, so don’t be surprised if you suddenly curse out loud. This can only be described as a second chance at love story, for people who had thought there was no hope for them, or had too many obstacles to overcome. Kristin and Scott had been married for fourteen years and have two kids. She gave up a promising career in journalism, to be a stay at home wife and mother, something Scott had encourage her to do. But after years of arguing and realizing nothing she does will ever please him, Kristin is still surprised, and feels heartbroken, when Scott tells her he wants a divorce. After agreeing to let him keep the house and some other concessions, they agree that they will separate and end their marriage. So she moves out six months later and, with the help of her friends, Kristen and the kids start over. When she lands a job at an internet gossip site Kristen needs to land an interview, with someone famous, if she wants to keep her job. Luckily for her, her best friend Heather is living with Eli, a famous actor, and they’re happy to help her. Noah Frazier is another well-known actor, a friend of Eli’s, and is introduced to Kristen for an interview as a personal favor. When these two meet, and hit is off, Noah makes it very clear he’s interested in Kristin. As part of a long, in-depth interview they begin to spend more time together, and share secrets off the record of course, when the professional relationship becomes personal. Kristen tries to warn Noah she and the kids are too much trouble to deal with especially with Scott still trying to manipulate and make her life miserable. It’s a good thing Noah is persistent. “‘I promise you don’t want to even dip your toes into my crazy life.’ If she only knew that I’d dive in headfirst…” I loved Noah Frazier! While I had a few issues with him, for a few minutes, I knew he was an honestly nice guy that deserved to get the girl. You will be cheering for these two and you’ll love how things work out. Even when it looked like all was lost, don’t despair; these two have a little help from their friends!

5 +++ STARS!!!! I love an emotional romance, and I love a book about the empowerment of women, and when I find a well-written book with both, that’s PERFECTION. That is exactly what One Last Time is—PERFECTION!!!! Kristin is an amazing heroine, beautiful and strong! She had me in her corner from the very first page of the book. Life has dealt her a blow, but she picks herself up and decides to move on. She can’t feel sorry for herself; she has two beautiful children she has to be a mother to. When she lands a job as a celebrity blogger, she gives it 110 percent. Her first assignment is a story on Hollywood actor, Noah Frazier. So what if he’s more gorgeous in person and has a personality to match, she is NOT looking for a relationship. She isn’t even divorced yet. She has a job she has to prove herself in since she has been a stay-at-home mom. She has two children to raise, and not to mention her heart is healing. Noah is OFF LIMITS, even if he does give her butterflies. Noah, on the other hand, has other ideas. She is totally NOT OFF LIMITS to him. I have to give her credit…she tries very hard to keep things professional, except the one time at the pool and then the heart-stopping kiss they later shared. Nope, she is strong, she can do this. As the days pass, she finds Noah creeping over those walls she has built. If you think this is your average romance, you would be mistaken. Not only is it sexy and sweet, it’s very emotional. Noah will steal your heart like he did mine and Kristin’s. It’s not just his good looks either. He has a heart to match. His heart has been shattered, but for very different reasons. He has never allowed his heart to get involved with women for years…until Kristin. I loved watching his heart come back alive with her. He helps her pick up the broken pieces of her heart and put them back together. Where she sees herself as an emotional wreck, mostly from her ex’s words and deeds, he sees her as remarkable, beautiful, and strong. Not only is this a love story between a couple, it’s a book about the love of friendship, a mother’s love for her children, and a woman finding the way to love herself again. One of my very favorite things about the book was the friendship and love these four women shared with each other. A friendship like that is rare, and especially one that they established in childhood. Each one is amazing in her own way, and each one helped Kristin in their own way as well. The best part of the book was Kristin finding herself again. Her identity was lost in being the “perfect” wife which was never good enough for her ex. She had a mountain of ugly words that she mistakenly believed about herself to overcome, but she did with the help of Noah and her friends, but most importantly herself! She was just phenomenal. This romance truly had everything, and it was VERY well-written. Michaels has the unique ability through not only her characters but her writing to pull readers into the story and make them feel every emotion they did. All of these qualities not only make it a TOP 10 READ of 2018 but an ALL-TIME TOP READ for me! ***Read and Reviewed for Devilishly Delicious Book Reviews***

Starting over…..a reality that so many couples face today. For Kristin – starting over means a chance to give her children a life without the confines of watching their mother shoulder a life of abuse. With a long stint as a homemaker, Kristin finds herself starting over in the work force as well. As a contributor on a gossip website, Kristin’s first assignment is to lock down an interview with celebrity Noah Frazier. It helps that Kristin’s best friend is dating Eli, who just happens to be a friend of Noah’s. Meeting Kristin was an unexpected and profound event for Noah. How could this mother of two make him want so much more than a casual fling? What should have been a simple interview turned into so much more for the actor. Kristin wasn’t anything like the women Noah had met before. With a specialty of flirting in his palm, Noah sets out to win Kristin over. What he doesn’t expect is that Kristin isn’t interested in anything resembling a relationship. After all – she is still dealing with the fallout of the demise of her marriage. After years of being put down in every demeaning way, Kristin just cannot believe that someone of Noah’s status could actually want someone as simple as a ‘mom’. With Noah’s determination fueling their time together, Kristin begins to open up more about her life with her former husband. As the two begin to test the waters together, Kristin’s ex throws more hurdles their way. Something that frustrates the already self doubting Kristin. With Hollywood calling upon Noah and Kristin’s ex throwing up hurdles, can these two find a way to overcome the odds and see what’s on the other side? Are you ready for Noah Frazier? Corinne Michaels has definitely pulled out all of the stops with this sexy and charismatic character. Kristin is a very relatable character….the mom that decides the abuse she has suffered is enough. Picking up the pieces after a divorce is never easy, but in Kristin’s case it is a whirlwind into a world she never expected. While I loved the strength that Kristin exuded at the end of her marriage, I didn’t expect her to find a celebrity to fall in love with. A welcome jolt to the heart that Kristin needed after years of insults and pain. Noah is definitely one of the most patient and charismatic characters that Corinne Michaels has written. A true gentleman that Kristin deserves in her life. A beautiful and touching second chance love story that you will love from the very first page.

What a lovely book! One Last Time is a story of love the second time around. Kristin McGee finds herself dealing with life after her marriage falls apart. She is struggling with putting herself back together, getting back into the workforce, and making a new reality for her and her children. “How do you stop loving someone? How do you push away the only man you’ve ever loved?” Noah Frazier is at the top of his career, a former Navy SEAL and current star of the TV show, A Thin Blue Line. Settling down or finding “The One” isn’t even a thought for him ... until he meets Kristin. “Maybe you’re right. Maybe neither of us needs any more complications, but you’re the only thing I want.” One Last Time is like real life. There is beauty, humor, and heartbreak and through it all hope. Both Kristin and Noah have been hurt in the past and have to find a way to navigate past distrust and fear. “If fear is the only voice I listen to, I’ll never have the life I want. The only four-letter word I want yelling in my head is hope. Hope that I can have more. Hope that love will be something I share again.” *CUTE KIDS ALERT!! It’s great when you can fall in love with the Hero and heroine in a story you are reading, but the biggest bonus is when other characters steal your heart also. Finn and Aubrey are not one dimensional side characters. At times they completely steal the show (and my heart). “You’ve done something to me. You’ve given me back this . . . part of my heart I threw away.” I loved this book! I smiled and swooned! Corinne Michaels has become a definite one click author for me.

Once again Corinne Michaels has out done herself. The story had everything you could imagine and then some. I laughed, cried and got pissed but in the end was left in awe. The chemistry between the main characters was amazing. I loved the banter between the two.

One Last Time is a heartwarming and emotional second chance romance. It’s about Kristen a divorced single mom of two and Noah an alpha male swoon worthy, famous movie star. Kristen’s story is true to life, relatable and will have you in tears, so you may need to reach for the Kleenex. It was satisfying to see her grow into her own as theIr romance progressed. Their story was charming and addictive and I was hooked. Once again Corinne Michaels hit it right out of the ballpark.
