So, I just finished ON NIGHT AT FINN’s … This book was absolutely a balm to my shredded heart and soul. I was not prepared for anything I read in that book but I also wish I could rea it over for the first time. That is probably why I took so long to read it, I can’t have a first time with it again. Ah, oh well it was an amazing book. JD is unexpected and refreshing to read about. His inner voice was goals AF and I will aspire to that level of inner voice greatness. Okay so… You can always tell who the strongest person in the room is, not by the muscles they have or the crap they talk but by their compacity to want to continuously help others even when their sh*t isn’t going how it should or how they want. They are the ones with the deepest scars but are also the ones with the biggest compacity to love. But, with those scars comes with past hurts, hurts that have damaged the heart. That is J.D. He wants and needs love, deserves that it but accepting it from anyone isn’t easy. Carter was all in from the start and I loved it. He was a Finn at heart and I was all for it to happen. He was more the silent type but he had no problems telling J.D how it was or how it was going to be. He was straight forward and nothing was hidden, what you saw was what you got with him when it came to anything J.D. I don’t think RG could have wrote a better character than him, he was perfect for J.D in every way. Everything about him was damn perfect. I could not get enough of this book and I will definitely be rereading this in the future. I cried. That is all. Lol when I cry over a good, it’s a great read or me.
