About the Author
Mia Sosa was born and raised in New York City. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her bachelor's degree in communications and met her own romance hero, her husband. She once dreamed of being a professional singer, but then she discovered she would have to perform onstage to realize that dream and decided to take the law school admissions test instead. A graduate of Yale Law School, Mia practiced First Amendment and media law in the nation's capital for ten years before returning to her creative roots. Now, she spends most of her days writing contemporary romances about smart women and the complicated men who love them. Okay, let's be real here: She wears PJs all day and watches more reality television than a network television censor-all in the name of research, of course. Mia lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters and is still on the hunt for the perfect karaoke bar.

Off to a good start. The writing, good. The plot line, good. The hot hunky CEO, excellent. Learning money can't always buy you what you want. Good lesson to learn. Karen was driven, focused, and looking to have a little fun in the sun of Puerto Rico. What she was not expecting was sexy, intelligent, best man, Mark. Mark was looking to settle down himself. He feels he found that in Karen, but she had other plans. I began to form prediction and assumption right away. Boy was I surprised that most of them did not happen that way. Don't misunderstand me. Knocked off my feet. I was not, but contented and satisfied. I am. Suits Undone series will get a read from me. Take me from what the norm is. **This ARC was provided via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.**
I absolutely enjoyed reading "One Night with the CEO" and could not put it down - in fact, I read it all in just under a couple of hours, that is how addicting it was. Mia Sosa does a fantastic job in creating a storyline that is so addictive and seductive it will keep her readers wanting more. I absolutely loved the two characters, Karen Ramirez, a strong willed, female lead who knows what she wants, except when it comes to sex. When she meets the exciting and charming Mark Lansing, she cannot help but be drawn to him after they connect one night at the bar. The sexy scenes that Sosa is able to create is a such a gift to her readers, as she is able to write such an intoxicating storyline with two dynamic characters, that makes her readers want more. This is the first novel that I have read from Sosa and I thoroughly enjoyed her writing. If you are wanting to read something sexy, hot and a good read, then "One Night with the CEO" is the book for you. I definitely recommend this book if you are looking for something hot and exciting to read and make sure you add it to your To-Be-Read Shelf.
3.5 Stars! Karen meets Mark at a night club celebrating her college graduation. She literally runs into him as she drunkenly stumbles out of the ladies room. Mark was a complete gentleman, making sure she's ok and not left on her own devices only to find out she is the baby sister of his best friends fiancée. Karen and Mark are instantly attracted to each other but neither of them want a relationship. They are forced to spend time with each other at Grace and Ethan's wedding and you can probably guess what happens. The story was well written and I liked both characters but their constant pushing each other away was a bit too much. Their continued denial of each other's true feelings made it hard for me to enjoy the story to its full potential. This is a personal pet peeve of mine so if it's something you don't mind, it's a great story otherwise. I like the author's writing style enough that I will definately give her other books a try. The flavor, the heat and romance. Mark and Karen bring the caliente. Karen wants to make a dream of becoming a doctor, reality. She's halfway there and doesn't need any distractions. Enter Mark. Sexy, wealthy and temptation personified. The right place at the wrong time presents a chance to test the sparks these two set off. They could have something special if they don't let fears get in the way. I received a copy of One Night With the Ceo by Mia Sosa in exchange for an honest review. I was caught up in this romance from the start. MIa Sosa is a name to watch. I am kicking myself for not discovering her sooner.
