Overview

"Each day we are becoming a creature of splendid glory or one of unspeakable horror." - C.S. Lewis

Are disembodied spirits or demons real? If so, could they manipulate circumstances and affect our lives? What happens when the line blurs between the natural and supernatural worlds? Alex and Molly are about to find out.
Welcome to Seneca Grove, a peculiar little town with a haunted past and a rumored curse. Young Alex is hearing voices, his aunt Molly, a newlywed, is confronting struggles of her own, and the town witch is on the warpath.
When townspeople start dying, the link to an unexplained disappearance is hard to ignore. But with Molly tumbling deeper into despair, will she awaken to the danger they face, rediscover the faith of her youth, and rescue her family before it's too late?

About the Author

Thomas is from a small town in New York. His first serious attempt at creative writing was during his college years while freelancing illustrations for a children's book. Inspired by Dr. Seuss, he reworded the author's story so it rhymed. Thereafter, he kept most of his tales verbal, weaving scary late-night stories for his young daughters, and the story-line of One Ounce of Fear began to coalesce.

He has entertained as a voice actor and was tricked into singing at the R&R Hall of Fame. He's been privileged to lead bible studies for teens and adults, served as a deacon at his church and climbed a live volcano (Soufrière Saint Vincent) while ministering on multiple short-term Christian missions overseas.

Pastimes include telling "Dad jokes," playing Kan Jam, and watching Marvel or classic films with a cat on his lap. He's a lab courier by day, and enjoys life with his wife and two daughters in Western New York.
