It may not be the beginning of the story but it does give you a taste of the comedy of the show and prepares you for the action to come. Not much action in this volume but some great stuff is to come. I would suggest earlier volumes to new people but it is a solid set up piece for the story arc that follows.

Hehe, I really like this volume for more than one reason. Its a good read, and in one of Usopp's Pirate Art Gallery, some of my fanart is seen! Though, they missed spelled my artist name, I still love that they did in fact publish it. Sorta. Its the one by 'CuR' it should be CuB, but how I signed the name, having the line of the b go under the rest of the letters, it's no wonder they thought I meant CuR hehe.
