Too close for comfort. Julinda brushed passed him deeper into the room. Silently she zipped her suitcase and lifted it toward the over head rack.
"Hey, there Herculean-woman."
Julinda's pulse danced under her skin as Anthony stepped directly behind her and grasped the bag handle. Heat radiated from his body as it lightly touched the full length of the back of hers'. Awkward, was the word that crossed her mind. It didn't matter whether she let go of the bag or not, with the pull out wall sofa pressed against the front of her knees she had no where to go, she was trapped.
"Hmm, Jules ... this is quite the situation." Anthony's words purred in her ear.
God he smelled good. Her sex responded, heat flooding it, the lips swelled and spread, the distinct feel of her clit pressing against her mesh panties called out a warning to her. Bowing her head for a moment, she sent up a silent prayer, Lord, don't let me do anything on this train I may regret. Fighting to keep her voice even, she took a deep breath. "You could step back and give me some room. I got the suitcase, I can tend to my own needs."
His laughter rumbled in his chest and tickled her back. As a smile started at the sensation, she tightened the ends of her lips to keep it in check.
"Now, what kind of man would I be if I let you do it all by yourself."
Julinda quickly let go of the bag and forced herself to step to the side, away from Anthony. She needed space. "Fine, you do it."
Anthony's laughter erupted in the room.
Looking around the small-enclosed room, she groaned. There wasn't anywhere in the cabin she wouldn't feel, smell, or touchhim.
Plopping down in the single chair next to the window, Julinda crossed her legs and watched the passing scenery as the train jerked into action.
How am I ever going to make it through this night with this man? The train just started moving. Maybe it's possible for me to jump off. I'd even be willing to take a plane.
"Stop biting your lip." He finished putting away both of their luggage then sat down on the end of the couch close to her.
She hadn't even realized what she was doing. She was too busy trying to contemplate her escape plan.
"We've bunked together before. It'll be like old times," he grinned.
That smile was way too sexy. She caught herself, clinching her thighs in response and stopped.
She chose to ignore Anthony as his gaze dropped to her lap, then traveled a leisure course over her breast, stopping at her mouth.
Still nibbling on the side of her lip she released it and began, "Anthony, we need to set up some ground rules."
He lifted his eyes to meet hers. "Such as?"
"I want the bed."
"Negative." His deep voice rumbled. "I'm six two, there is no way, I'm folding my body in that chair for eight hours to sleep."
She couldn't object to that. "Then I--"
Anthony raised his hand, ceasing her words. "Before you say it, there is no way I am going to allow you to sleep in a chair either. With all that ass, you wouldn't be comfortable."
She rolled her eyes at him, as she uncrossed her legs and her foot hit the floor with a thud. "Sorry to shock you, Anthony, but you're not the boss of me and I can sleep anywhere I choose."
