This was a fun, back and forth, will they won't they, awww how sweet kind of book. Ryder and Monica were total opposites. He is a cowboy rancher trying to keep his ranch afloat and she is an impulsive, but time city girl photographer. I swear some of the ideas Monica came up with were hilarious. I swear this book played like a movie in my head as I read. They had crazy chemistry that helped turn their fake relationship real. As the book went on, and I got to know the characters a little more, they really grew on me. Then became a couple you could really cheer for. I loved the part towards the end with the big "aha" moment, that was so good. And the epilogue was way too cute. I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the publisher through Netgalley.

What a fun read this is! I loved it. When a disgruntled and very drunk jilted bride disrupts her now ex fiance's wedding reception, it's up to the brides brother Ryder to toss her over his broad shoulder and haul her out of there before she can do any more damage. Dressed in her wedding gown, and completely toasted she comes up with a plan to get even with her ex, while helping Ryder out as well. All they have to do is get married. Ryder isn't too sure until she makes an offer he can't turn down. His ranch is mid recovery from a tornado, money is tight which has set his dream of opening an equine therapy school in the barn he lost. With the money from Monica or Rapunzel as he calls her, he can get his barn repair, pay a few bills and lessen his stress. Only problem is that her slimy ex, who is now married to Ryder's sister took off with her 50k and she's broke. She's from Chicago and a photographer. She's got no way to pay Ryder, so Ryder pretty much takes it out of her hide. He's got no patience for a city girl, she's got no clothes, no shoes nothing. He's got her mucking stalls and pretty much like the manure she's cleaning up. Every time she tries to leave he snags her back. He hasn't told anyone they're married and when his mother catches wind, she insists they send them on a honeymoon. No coincidence they end up where her ex and his sister are, because Monica has a plan to get into his laptop and get proof he took her money. What she finds is so much more. By then Ryder realizes she's not lying about the money and when they're called home due to an emergency they leave together. These two have finally warmed up to each other. Took them long enough. There's so burn and slow burn.... when Ryder hits the igniter switch there isn't much to stop the two of them. It was great watching Monica warming up to ranch life and Ryder. Monica runs the whole gamut of emotions being embraced by not only his family but the whole town even though she tried hard to alienate them a little. She figures that after she gives Ryder his money he won't want her there. The story really takes off just past the half way point and it doesn't stop until the last page. I had a little trouble with Ryder at first, but Monica was a hoot, even in her worst moments. There are some good laughs couched into the storyline and these two really are a fairy tale come to life. Loved it. Loved Rumpy! Read the book! Heidi tells a great story... advanced reader copy from NetGalley and Entangled for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Loved this book! It is laugh out loud funny, emotional, and just plain entertaining. Nothing deep or angsty. Just lighthearted and filled with humor through witty banter and hilarious situations. When Monica Blair reads about her fiance's upcoming nuptials to a woman who is not her she decides a little trip is in order. Showing up at his wedding in her own gown and more than slightly tipsy may not have been the best of plans but that's the least of her worries. The tall hunk of a cowboy who she apparently married during a trip to Vegas definitely takes top billing. No problem, a quick annulment should fix that. Ryder Nash, her ummm husband, isn't up for that. They have a deal and he plans on holding her to it. Now she's a city girl stuck on a ranch and incredibly attracted to her husband. This is not good! I highly recommend this one.

Loved this book! It starts with a bang in the ultimate of wedding disruptions, then moves on to a quickie wedding and lots of fun/awkward situations. The author made me smile and laugh at some of the antics in this book, while also telling an entertaining tale. This is the second book I've read by this author and she is quickly becoming a favorite. If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. Put this one at the top of your TBR list.

Sweet, silly and sexy this story hits all the right notes. Jilted bride, country mouse/city mouse fake husband and still there are surprises. I thoroughly enjoyed this romantic romp.
