It was good enough for a free book, not something I'd pay for though. Too many plot/character inconsistencies and the ending felt very rushed. It never really drew me in, but it wasn't terrible.

Beautiful Lena was raising her son on her own and when a temp job came along that would financially help her she was excited. Brice's assistant needed to take time off, why the need for a temp. Little did they both know the temp was his true love and her son was his. Loved it.

I am not sure why I always hope these books will be a better read and end up disappointed that the stories are so flat.

I really enjoyed this book. 176 pages about love, family and finally finding happiness.

I enjoyed the battle between the characters in this story. Nice to see both portrayed as strong individuals .

I'm not sure exactly how to explain this book. There's a lot of repetition and honestly if got quite boring. So much so that about two-thirds through the book I truly didn't care if I finished it or not. It goes back and forth between the thoughts of Brice and Lena. You just wish they would go ahead and say what was on their minds but that didn't happen. Without giving anything away, I will say that it ended in the way you expected it would.

Never having been around billionaires I thought this book could be believable. I really liked the loyalty and love for her child that Lena showed.

I made it to Chapter Sever before I gave up. Both characters were annoying and there was not one interesting quality between the two of them. I am perfectly fine with never knowing how their story turned out. UGH.

Much of this story was very good, but I was disappointed in the lack of growth by the male mc. And by the lack of details throughout. I wanted to know what compound he was so focused on creating. The story climaxed and ended in just about 5 pages. With just a touch more detail and a less abrupt ending, it would have been great throughout.
