This book made me think and then gave me insight to what God wants in my life. Relationship! I have read it once and.plan on reading it again. Once I started understanding the reality of what God can do in my life, I couldn't pit the book down. And, it was free...WOW!

I have been searching for years for a book that goes beyond theory and provide specific instructions on developing a personal and REAL relationship with Christ. The author is simple and clear with his explainations and easily struck a chord with answering questions that i have or have had. The book is Free so what do you have to lose?

This was an awesome read. I used it like a devotional; one chapter a day. It really drew me to the heart of God.

This is directed to those who believe the King James "version" of the Bible is the "true" and "only" version of the Bible. I hate to burst your bubble...but God inspired men who wrote in HEBREW and GREEK to write the "original" Bible. Later translations of the original manuscripts have things "added or left out" because the language has been studied and understood better through the years. KJV is an excellent version...but so are many other versions. You are right that God wrote one book...but just like books written today are "translated" into other languages, the KJV is really only a "translation"...like so many other versions. Your post is the one that is encouraging my spirit to read this book...thank you.

I didn't know what to expect since it was a free book, but I felt it was a good read and one that I would recommend to others. Other reviewer mentioned didn't understand why the author used more than one translation. Sometimes we can glean something from one translation that others might not show. Just for the record "The King James Version" Translation is not "The Holy Bible", but one translation of the bible which is written in hebrew and greek. Some of the newer translations give a clearer understanding and help to put it in context.
