Colton Robertson left his career in the Air Force...

... to come home and help his family heal. Unfortunately, his reception was not quite what he'd hoped for and he ended up as roommate to hippy dippy yoga instructor Penelope Pruitt.

Penelope has spent her life under the restrictive thumb of her parents and she doesn't want to do the same with the straight-laced, serious Colton. But when it becomes apparent that Penelope's life is in danger, Colton won't settle for anyone else protecting Penelope besides him.

Opposites attract and that's definitely the case with Colton and Penelope. On the surface, they don't have anything in common, but as the sparks fly and the danger ramps up, their passion is inevitable.

Both pov, 250ish pages. I liked the characters.... someone wrote it was all about sex. The 1st sex scene isnt until after 100 pages. Plenty of book story

432 pages down and where the h--- is the story. I now know more about erotica than I ever cared to know, and so far I have no clear view of the "problem" in this story. I've started skipping chunks of pages to get to the real story!!!

love romantic suspense novels.  I enjoyed the story line and really like the characters.  read the first book in the series and really enjoyed that one as well.

For me I would put this between 3.5 and 4. I did like the book, however there were a more than a few frustrating moments. At times I wanted to just shake Penelope for being so naive. Worth the time to read.

this book is already available at Amazon for Kindle but Barnes and Noble doesn't have it for my Nook. This isn't the first time this has happened, not to mention how many authors WON'T list with Barnes and Noble due to problems...maybe it is time to rethink my e-reader and switch over.
