They knew something was wrong when stars vanished from the sky.
They knew they were right when the sky fell down.
The Cube came to a frightened Earth from the depths of space. The landing was a disaster: occupying half the planet and killing billions of people. Earth fell into chaos. Societies broke down. Many turned to God for answers.
But what now? Is it friend or foe? Who sent the Cube, and for what purpose? Where and when will it attack next? Will the Cube leave, or will it stay?
Against this bleak backdrop a cast of unsavoury characters is unleashed. A racist serial rapist in China terrorises an innocent woman. A manic drug addicted gang-lord in Moscow fights to preserve his dominance. And a religious fanatic in London with a perverted mind and diabolic ideas works towards reshaping the future.
Ranged against them are reluctant Rick, courageous Martin and autistic genius Thomas, who grapple with unlocking the mysteries of the Cube and perhaps saving mankind. But it is a race against time. And a shocking revelation forces everyone on Earth to choose.
This is a real science fiction novel for real adults.
Ophiuchus Cube (book 1) is the first of a 6 book series. The next installment will be published in 2014.

About the Author
Hendrik grew up watching Dr Who, Buck Rogers, Space 1999 and Battlestar Galactica, and reading Arthur C Clarke, Isaac Asimov, Jules Verne and many other great science fiction writers.
As a young child he was amazed by great films as 2001, 2010, Alien, Blade Runner and Star Wars.
He always believed he was born 100 years too early, because he wanted to become the captain of a spaceship and fly between the stars.
But that never stopped him from dreaming, so instead of becoming an astronaut, Hendrik decided to do the next best thing and write science fiction.
Hendrik's debut novel is Ophiuchus Cube (book 1). He is working hard to publish 5 more books in this series.

I finished this book an hour ago, It was so well detailed and the descriptions made me feel like I was going into te cube and fully emmersed me I the world that the characters lived in. I loved 99% of book, but there was a few aspecsts not to my liking, but those moments were few and far between, I can not wait to see what happens next to the families I hav come to love in the short time I have read the book. it is definetly one I will read again and again.
