About the Author
Tiffany Cruikshank began her study of holisitc health and yoga when she was just 14 years old. Her approach to health is both holistic and preventative, using a variety of methods such as acupuncture, nutrition, herbs and yoga therapeutics. She began teaching yoga in 1996 and now travels internationally, leading workshops, teacher trainings and retreats on yoga and holistic health. Tiffany is currently the Acupuncturist & yoga teacher at the Nike WorldHeadquarters in Portland, Oregon.
