Over 1200 pages, If you're interested in maximum health, if you want answers for health issues that Doctors can't find a cure for, this book will put you in the direction you're looking for. We don't get enough vitamins in our daily diet to support our bodies needs. And vitamins and minerals are essential to sustain life. This book is very informative and easy to understand.
