There are hundreds of children's books that teach good manners, and the like, but surprisingly, I was unable to find one children's book that dealt with the issue of cursing. At least, not any that offered a creative and inventive approach to those moments when you or your kids just want to scream.
In "Ouchie-Wah-Wah and Other Useful Words", you'll find phrases and words for when you are just plain bored, mad mad mad, sad or glad. These words will inspire your kids and make them laugh, all the while maintaining your sanity. I encourage you to weave these words into your everyday as well as having fun creating your own vocabulary together.

Sometimes it's hard to express myself And find the right words to say Whether I'm angry, tired, scared or sad Or however I feel that day.
And I know better than to swear Or to break down in a fit So I have made up words of my own Ones that Mommy will permit.
So, when I'm about to get a shot Because I'm feeling "blah" I hold my breath as long as I can Then yell out, "OUCHIE-WAH-WAH".
When it's time to open presents And I get my favorite gizmo, I rip the paper off the box "HOLY SMOKE TOLEDO!"
And sadly to say that there are days When I am very blue, So rather than having a big old cry I just whimper, "BOO-DIDDLY-HOO".
Mad, mad, mad, I can sometimes be Anger that drops me to my knees. But instead of hitting, yelling or worse I just say, "BLACK JELLYBEANS".
