My kindergarten class loved this book! I have the version with the cd and we sang along for our parents and they loved it too. What a great way to teach young children about Abe Lincoln

Children can learn about one of our most influential and famous presidents, Abe Lincoln. This book is great for young children who don't have the patience for lots of little details. The book is a very general look at his life.

My first thought - "not another Abe Lincoln book"; but I really liked the presentation of the school play about Lincoln. Sing along to the the tune of "The Old Grey Mare" and enjoy!

This is a wonderful story that highlights parts of Abe Lincoln's life from infancy until his untimely death in a singing fashion.I loved this story and my class loved it too. Being able to sing the story really captured my class' attention. This would be a very good story to share when talking about President's day and it would be a nice project for the kids to take important parts of their lives and make their own sing-along biography.
