Most Helpful Customer Reviews
I was moved, inspired and motivated to live my life to the fullest each and every day after reading Allison's 1st person account of her brain-stem stroke injury and fight to get her life back. It's an amazing story of a strong, willed woman who has overcome all odds to not only survive, but to reach out to fellow stroke patients and help them through their ordeal. In addition, she gives encouragement to caregivers not to accept limitations and the medical community to not give up on these very difficult cases, especially the young. I believe everyone who reads her book will find a silver lining no matter how dire the situation appears to be!
