Ivy Mason is no stranger to trouble—though so far she’s always managed to outrun or outsmart it. Now a nasty man-made virus and an FBI manhunt have her desperate for a cure and on the run for her freedom. Even her romance with British secret agent Devon Clay may have deadly consequences, placing her squarely in the crosshairs of a shadowy international assassin, Vega.

Devon is determined to take Vega out, but first he must make sure beautiful Ivy is out of danger. When she escapes FBI custody, the couple rekindles their passion and sets off on a pulse-pounding adventure across the United States and around the globe. En route, Ivy and Devon discover new truths about their nemeses—revelations that will test the limits of their love.

In this thrilling conclusion to the Tangled Ivy trilogy, Ivy Mason learns that the path to justice—and love—is more complicated and fraught with danger than she ever could have imagined.

Out of the Shadows, the third and last installment of the Tangled Ivy series, is by far the best of the three books! The book begins exactly where book 2 ended…Ivy abducted and imprisoned in a government laboratory. From the very beginning, Devon executes a well-crafted plan to rescue Ivy and ultimately leave The Shadow. The plot throughout is well developed and keeps the reader guessing what is going to happen next. I enjoyed both Ivy and Devon as characters in this book. Ivy’s character is much stronger mentally and Devon’s character is more emotionally exposed making him more dimensional and likeable. Ms. Snow stays true to her writing by sprinkling in humorous scenes amongst high action sequences. As Ms. Snow never disappoints, I look forward to reading more books by Ms. Snow. I highly recommend this book for those of you that enjoy humor, romance, suspense.

Out of the Shadows and into the light. Sigh… such a great ending to this trilogy from Tiffany Snow. The final book in The Tangled Ivy Trilogy focuses mainly on Ivy and Devon: the sexy spy and the beautiful girl caught up in an international whirlwind of chemical warfare. From page one, the action is awesomely intense and satisfying. Tired of being a victim, Ivy takes control in the best action/drama sequence of events that puts her firmly in the hero’s role. No sitting around playing the damsel in distress. She’s kicking ass and taking names! From that point on, it’s an east coast do-or-die ride for answers, freedom, and a cure. Out of The Shadows is a never-ending barrage of mishaps, missteps, and covert cover-ups that all lead to one hell of a dramatic ending. A fun romp into the world of spies and the ones they love.

This is a phenomenal conclusion to the Tangled Ivy trilogy. In it, Ivy is fighting for her very existence against overwhelming circumstances and has great difficulty telling friend from foe. Many of the characters from the prior books are in it, along with some new ones that add to the story. As in all of the author's books, this is a well crafted tale that will grab you from page one and keep you hooked until the very last page. It is so well written that I found myself sorry when it ended. No one creates a complex story like this author. Because the prologue will catch new readers up, this can be read as a stand alone novel, however, you will enjoy it so much more if you read the entire trilogy in order. For fans of the genre, this is a must read. I would give it more than 5 stars if it were possible.
