Overcoming Anxiety, Worry, and Fear by Gregory L. Jantz is an easy to read book that simply expains the medical terms, the signs and the symptoms while also giving practical advice while also giving Biblical Scriptures for support. As someone who deals with anxiety and worry this is a great book to have. I love that it is simple to read without all the techinical medical jargon or impratical methods of dealing with it. This book also gives a better understanding of the issues and some of the underthing causes. The book is filled with examples and excersies that make you fele like you can succeed and make it through it. Tying in Biblical Scriptures that are encouraging and practival activities to not only get through the momment but also try to figure out what is causing the anxiety or worry. I would recommend this book not only to those that are experiencing these problems but also to the freinds and family of those because it will get them a better understaning of what their loved one is going through and how to help.

I'e been dealing with anxiety since I was a child and I never knew it. I've complained about stomach aches and feeling weird, up until adulthood. Finally I noticed a pattern it would happen when I am not at home (i.e. school, big gatherings, etc.) When I became a mother to my it got a little intense. I just thought it was the effects of being a mother to a special needs. Now after my 3rd child it has become more intense. It has gotten to the point where it has impacted my lifestyle. I am so glad I came across this book. It has helped me to understand anxiety and that I am not alone. With this book, I have more clarity. I highly reccomend it. Thank you Dr. Gregory Jantz!
