I am such a fan of this book, I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to live a life that is less stressful and more enjoyable. In this book, Dr. Hallett provides easy-to-follow strategies for making small changes in your life that can add up to create big changes in your daily life and experiences! While the information in the book is based in sound psychological research, Dr. Hallett's style is conversational and easily approachable to a wide reading audience. I believe that anyone who reads this book, and truly commits to following these 8 steps will experience significant, positive improvement in their well-being! Highly recommend!!!
