A co-worker gave me this book by Bonnie Prudden and another when I was in so much pain from a herniated disc. He told me he use to walk with a cane and his wife learned to do this on his legs and now he is fine. I read the books and immediately found a myotherapist. After 5 sessions I was walking straight, and pain level had decreased. I bought my own copy of the book to learn how to do it on myself. Bought a copy for my parents too. My husband recently had a pinched nerve in his shoulder. I followed the book for reference hit the trigger point and immediately felt his shoulder muscles release. He is now a believer too! I highly recommend this book!

My grandmother heard about this book a number of years ago from her now late husband. She told me that she was skeptical at first and then tried it. Since originally hearing about the book, she has bought 5 copies as she keeps giving her copies to people in need of the information contained therein. She recently came for a visit and I had begun to experience problems with my knees due to having crondomalaysia (spelling), and she told me that we were heading out to buy the book. I, like many other people, was skeptical about its ability to do anything for the pain that I was in. But I laid down and when I got back up about 30 minutes later, I was - and continue to be - amazed at how much better it felt. Whereas previously I had problems completely my 35 minute workouts because of knee pain, now I don't have the problems. I would DEFINITELY recommend this book to anyone that has problems with joints, backs, headaches etc. etc. Honestly, you have nothing to loose. The only downside is that for a lot of the exercises that you have to perform, you need two people (someone to perform them on you) and they have to be able to properly locate the pressure point to push on. Trust me, however, it is worth the time. Take care! S.
