This book does not address Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS) which is the DIAGNOSIS for Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and other chronic pain/fatigue issues. Without understanding TMS, a person cannot fully recover from their chronic pain/fatigue issue.

This book is very informative and gives many helpful alternative ways to deal with pain. Pain Free 1-2-3 offers "food for thought" and conversations with doctors as to what may work and why some other approaches may not.
