This is a fantastic book that provides everything you need to get started with a much healthier eating plan. It breaks Paleo down into very easy components and provides 130 delicious and easy to follow recipes.I really enjoyed how the author took her personal experiences and made this book to help others on the journey of switching to Paleo eating.

The paleo diet definitely isn't for me but I was interested in learning more about it and I think this book did a great job of explaining how the paleo diet works and the ins and outs and the easiest way to do it! If you are at all interested in learning more this book is for you!

I have been wanting to learn more about the Paleo diet, so I was really excited to fine this book that gave me step-by-step instructions on the Paelo Diet for 28 days. I really liked how the author told her story about how she found out about the Paleo diet and then she went on to explain what foods you can and cannot eat on the Paleo diet because eating the right types of foods is very important in this diet. The recipes in this book were extremely easy and the author actually focused on meals with 5 ingredients and less, which when you're cooking for a whole family is perfect and actually makes this diet more approachable. Thanks to this book, I am currently beginning the Paleo Diet and this book is a great resource and guide to follow.

What a Amazing book!! This book teach's you every little thing you need to get started and stay on track with a Paleo plan, it has meal plans, recipes , list of foods you can and should not eat, and so much more, it is a inspiring book as well, makes you want to start and stay on this plan.

This book is great and really explains how the Paleo diet works. I was actually really excited to try new recipes with my family and was able to lose some weight in the process. It makes me so much happier knowing what exactly I am feeding my family. Several things used in this book were already things that I had in my home so I was able to try them without going into a big expense of replacing things.

I was not really interested in a paleo diet when I came across this book. But after reading i fully intend to make some healthier choices for myself and my family. This book is very easy to read and brings amazing insight into the paleo lifestyle. I recommend this book to anyone just starting out, or for someone who may just want some extra information on paleo diets. Very well done

This book is a really simple way to understand the Paleo diet, or actually lifestyle. The author does a great job of making it relatable with her personal story and she really makes you excited about it., This book makes it simple, with great recipes that focus on 5 main ingredients. This is a great resource for anyone who wants to try the Paleo diet.

Paleo in 28 explains the entire Paleo diet and way of life The Paleo diet is not about starving yourself but instead its changing the way you eat. Eliminating process foods and eating healthier. It contains an easy to follow 4 week/28 day meal plan with what to eat and wonderful recipes to make. They are so delicious you won't even know your dieting.

I was hesitant about this type of diet at first because I love dairy products even though they don't agree with me at times. After researching the Paleo diet I decided to read through this book and try it out. I must admit I liked most of it. I haven't had a chance to try it a full 28 days but beginning next month I will be using 5 ingredients for the 4 weeks. I'm excited to see the results. I was sent this book in exchange for my review.

Before reading this book, I had very little idea on what exactly the Paleo diet was. This book is very informative and I feel that I know a good bit of information. This book is fulled with great recipes, and an easy to follow day-by-day plan. The recipes are cheap and super easy to make!  This is a good book for anyone looking to start the diet. I received this Ebook complementary for reviewing purposes. All opinions are 100% my own.

Kenzie Swanhart's Paleo In 28 has my husband and I excited about starting a healthier Paleo diet. Her book takes five simple ingredients and stuff that everyone has and makes them into delicious recipes that require no specialty shopping. Paleo In 28 makes the whole Paleo lifestyle a lot less scary. Highly recommended!

I am a body coach, I love to help other people feel good about themselves. I love that this book and the fact that it breaks down paleo and makes it so easy for people to follow . I love the reciepes in this book as well. With summer months quickly approaching us, this book is a highly recommendation of mine, everyone seems to love it! I never hear anything bad about it.

I definitely would not call this a "diet" book... this is a lifestyle! I love how the author is so excited about Paleo eating even after 3 years of practicing this lifestyle change. You can really feel her enthusiasm through her writing! The very best part of this book, to me, is that all the recipes focus on 5 main ingredients. Anyone can make these and most of them you won't even have to buy any "special" ingredients (like coconut flour etc). So as you read through the recipes you will definitely have some of the items on hand! I also like the inclusion of many pictures. I am more likely to make a recipe if I know what it will look like when I'm done. The pictures are colorful and shot well. Definitely something to whet your appetite. Lastly, some of my favorite recipes to try include the simple lemon dressing and the sweet potato hash. I love sweet potatoes and I definitely have that and bacon in my panty so I might be trying this very soon! Luckily, I was so excited to be able to receive and review this item from the seller in exchange for my honest opinion!

I did not know much about the currently popular paleo lifestyle so this book was a great introduction into what foods were allowed and not allowed.  Beyond that, it has 130 recipes for healthy eating and they are all 5 ingredients or less.  I am not sure I am able to give up dairy products for a true paleo lifestyle yet, but I certainly want to move forward and incorporate many of the recipes into my family's meals.

This book is very descriptive and informative on the paleo diet. I honestly had no idea what it was until i read the book which also explained what the "clean eating" diet meant. You could look all this information up and still be stumped and confused, this book laid it all out plain and simple what to do, how to do it and why it helps. it includes what spices you need in your kitchen and tools to make all the recipes provided and the recipes sound excellent and cannot wait to try them out for myself. If you have been wondering on how to start one of these diets, this should be your go to book

Good start of the way to eating healthy. I like the shopping list of foods and spices needed to prepare foods. There are lots of recipes to try.

This book makes eating clean & healthy so much easier... It features some seriously delicious recipes, and they're all super easy. Plus, the recipes all require 5 or fewer ingredients. This definitely takes a lot of guess work out of cooking. With this book, I've been able to finally eat better, and I actually enjoy it!
