"When I wrote my first book, Pay Attention, Say Thank You: Seven rules and practices for joyful living, I was strongly influenced by many "new age" spirituality books. I was delighted when one reader compared my book to The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and said that my book was much easier to understand! Since then I continue to enjoy books like Happier by Tal Ben Shahar and 365 Health and Happiness Boosters by MJ Ryan. I believe that we all have the capacity to be happier and more joyful than most of us are used to being."
Currently, she lives contentedly in Sonoita, Arizona with her husband Bob, where she enjoys yoga and she's learning to love javelinas (wild boars)-or at least co-exist with them.
