Every life has an expiration date. A ticking clock counting down the seconds until you no longer exist in this world.
Each tick of the clock is louder for me.
I don't have an eternity. I have one year. Just twelve short months.
If life promised an infinity, he could have been my forever and without a doubt I should have been his always.

I was given this book for an honest review with Through the Booking Glass. This book is so very good! I always tell my teenage daughter, "Life isn't fair so get used to it". That mantra is true for this book! Life isn't fair to V(Genevieve). I love books that make me feel & this one is front & center! One minute I'm angry & questioning everything, the next I'm laughing at Levi & V. A few more pages & I'm trying to hold back the tears! Levi & V are so perfect! He's her reason to hold on & fight! She's his reason to love unconditionally! I fell in love with them both over & over! The book progresses & I manage to hold it together(I don't know how)! I get to a point when I just can't take it anymore! I lost it! The unfairness of life got to me but I'm ok! Until........Well you have to read it! This story is beautiful! It's a story of love, determination & fight! We don't always win every battle, but the ones we truly fight for make us a hero regardless! Genevieve is MY hero!
