it is very helpful
This diet is based on the fact that peanuts have mono-unsaturated fats that are good for your heart and lower the bad cholesterol. If you follow the diet and stay within your daily calorie count, you will be doing yourself a favor. I eat peanuts everyday within reason and I have lost 90+ pounds. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs to add more mono-unsaturated fats to thier diet.
