Overview

Derrick Adams moved to Phoenix, Arizona. He and neighbor boy Greg Murphy discover a ghost in an abandoned house on Camelback Mountain. There are many stories that have intrigued the imagination of young children in the near by neighborhoods.
Derrick and Greg are able to talk to their ghost and they discover the story behind Richardo's demise. While in a cave on the mountain it collapses trapping him and his father. Ricardo believes that if the cave is found and opened his spirit will be able to leave and join his father in heaven. Follow their adventure as they search for the cave and if they are able to release Ricardo's spirit.

About the Author

Before starting his writing career, Tecumapese Morning Star, Tec to his friends, was an elementary school librarian and teacher. After leaving the education field, he worked in the fast-food industry, the hospitality industry, and the retail industry. Tec is a graduate of the Institute of Children's Literature. Has a diploma for writing for Children from the Stratford Career Institute and has a diploma in freelance writing from the Penn Foster Distant Learning Center. He has one son and three grandchildren. Tec in his free time practices and teaches karate. He holds the rank of Soke, tenth-degree black belt. He also has a Doctor of Philosophy in Martial Arts and Sciences. Tec also holds third and fourth-degree levels in two other styles. Besides, Tec plays saxophone in a local community wind symphony and jazz ensembles. Tec and his family are of Native American descent and enrolled members of the Appalachian Shawnee Tribe.
