I'm originally from Pennsylvania and I remember eating Grandma's "Shoo-fly pie". Thank goodness I found a great recipe for the pie in this book! It's delicious and just as I remembered. There are plenty of other traditional Pennsylvania Dutch recipes in the book, too.
